to make things more effective use groups of deso bombs. since prisms are light armored it should weaken/kill them quickly. (lets say its prism tanks) of course the prisms will kill the flak track but as soon as the flak track is killed deploy your desolators and unleash a radiation wave of death. put them in the flak track and send them to the moving army coming to your base. number the desolators 1 or 2 or whatever you want.
